ROAR’s mission is to develop, create and support art, culture, and educational programs in rural communities through a variety of artistic disciplines such as music, theater, dance, literary and visual arts. ROAR strives to empower artists and students through innovation and collaboration, encouraging individuals of all ages to experience and participate in cultural programs, events and classes.
