ROAR Grant Process
Application Requirements:
All requests should be submitted by email to supportarts@roarfunds.org and must include the following:

A brief description of the organization, including its mission and accomplishments

The purpose and description for which the request is being made including timeline and location

Specific, measurable, or observable outcomes

Itemized project budget and dollar amount requested

Identification of the target audience and marketing strategies
-
Specific, measurable, or observable outcomes
-
A copy of the organization’s tax-exempt notification letter or nonprofit designation as a government or tribal entity, as well as its Tax Identification Number
ROAR Grants:
Assuming acceptable proposals, ROAR expects to distribute funds that are intended to provide cultural enrichment to rural communities - initially focusing on Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. ROAR encourages grant applications up to $2,000. In exceptionally compelling circumstances ROAR may consider funding up to $10,000. It is recommended that first time applicants submit proposals with budgets requiring lower amounts.
ROAR Application Deadlines:
ROAR will consider applications twice each year per the following deadlines.

If an application is approved, ROAR will issue a signed grant agreement within 3 months of the grant application deadline with funds disbursed within 1 month later.
ROAR Final Reports Requirement:
Grantees must submit final reports (and between 1 -3 photos that can be used in the ROAR website), 30 days after completion of project via email to ROAR at supportarts@roarfunds.org that must include the following:

Challenges
-
Who was served, and how did your community benefit from this initiative?

Observable qualitative and quantitative outcome(s) proving deliverables were met
-
How can ROAR support you moving forward?
NOTE: Receipts/invoices will be required. If applicable, site visits may be requested.
